Every kitten arrives fully prepared — vaccinated, dewormed, and documented from day one.
Our guarantees are comprehensive — but it's important to understand their limitations so there are no misunderstandings.
Conditions caused by accident, physical injury, neglect, poor diet, or lack of proper veterinary care after adoption are not covered under any guarantee.
Small, non-serious issues such as minor allergies, small umbilical hernias, or superficial conditions are not covered under the genetic guarantee.
Any complications arising from spay or neuter procedures, elective surgeries, or other veterinary procedures chosen by the owner are excluded.
Any condition that was detectable and diagnosed during the mandatory 48-hour post-arrival vet visit is not eligible for a claim under the 14-day guarantee.
